The Luxury Home Plan For Truly Luxury Living

Is your luxury home plan luxurious enough? Or are you falling behind in the race to keep pace? So what if you have an elegant swimming pool; countertops of mottled granite; and your master bathroom features a steam shower. Nowadays these features are old-hat and pedestrian. Today’s truly luxurious homes must have whirlpool baths, double height living rooms with atriums, and of course all stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen. Here are some more ideas for designing the luxury home par excellence.

Radiant flooring is sine qua non in cold areas of the country. Who can be bothered to put on slippers – besides it’s more fun to walk barefoot in frigid weather. You can keep your feet toasty by installing an in-floor heating mat under your tile flooring in the bathroom; or anywhere in the house where there are ceramic floors. The $500 / sq. foot cost is a pittance compared to how great it feels on the tootsies! The luxurious bathroom of today also features towel warmers: for a mere $800 you can have a stainless steel warming drawer with an electric chassis at the bottom which lets heat rise to warm your towels, with a timer which starts the warming while you are still soaking in the tub, to bring the feel of the spa into your own home. The Perfect Log Home Floor Plans

The wilderness is such a beautiful majestic place.  There are mountain silhouettes surrounding you with beautiful trees all around for as far as the eye can see.  The crisp autumn air seems to lift up your spirit with every breath.  There is a peaceful tranquility that radiates from the forest around you, welcoming you into its tranquil ground.  The wind gently blows away all of your worldly stress and clears your thoughts so that you can hear the faint chirping of birds and busy rustling of squirrels in the distance.  Your eyes wander to a lake nearby that is reflecting the afternoon sun and every so often you see a fish jump up to catch an insect.  You then scan back to the woods and look down in front of you  and realize that the 1980 Chevy Back Woods Camper parked in front of you will no longer meet your needs when visiting this wonderful land that you inherited from your long lost uncle.  It is time for something new.

Then you remember that a while back you had begun sketching in journal some rough log home plans.  These were no ordinary run of the mill sketches.  They were the beginnings of your luxury house plans.  You immediately jumped into your camper and then began rummaging through your stuff to find the journal.  Once you find it and even before you open the journal you immediately remember why you stopped drawing up your luxury log home plans.  Trying to capture all of the unique ideas and designs you had about your luxury home plan styles     became too difficult to do.  Drawing was never your strong point and creating technical schematics or plans was not your thing either.  So, you let the idea go then but now it is back.  This no longer a passing thought, it is gnawing at you.
